This one-day workshop is designed to empower participants with practical strategies for building self-confidence and self-esteem. Drawing on key principles from the field of personal development participants will engage in interactive exercises that foster positive self-talk, resilience, and goal-setting. Through self-awareness exercises and guided cognitive imagery, participants will leave with a stronger sense of self and tools to enhance their confidence in personal and professional contexts.

This course explores the psychological factors that influence self-perception and provides tools to replace negative self-talk with empowering beliefs.
