Many of us come to a time in our lives where we feel unfulfilled or lacking in motivation. We have either hit a point where we have achieved our main goals or are having difficulty in moving from a stuck place. We no longer feel intellectually or physically challenged, or our current lifestyle no longer satisfies us. We can feel unmotivated or have problems in seeing the next step to achieving our dreams.
On our road to success, we are often held back by unrealistic beliefs and fears. We have ideas about where we want to get to but feel that the task is too difficult, or we do not have the emotional resources to manage this. We tell ourselves negative stories that lead to limiting beliefs and a nagging sense of failure. What’s the point in starting when you are inevitably going to fail?
Breakthrough coaching is an intensive and incredibly effective way of helping you through these difficulties. I will work with you to get a sense of what the real issues are for you and help you to be in a position to move away from a stuck place. We can work towards some clear goals whilst shifting the blocks that seem to be in the way. It is a process that is customised to your needs and chosen outcomes.
Breakthrough coaching is thorough in nature. It is focussed and time-bound. We can achieve these goals usually in two days (this can be broken down into more manageable chunks if your lifestyle dictates) and is built around clear outcomes.
Using the process of NLP, you will:
Explore unwanted, repetitive patterns
Understand, at an unconscious level, the functions of those patterns and unravel ways of changing these
Experience emotional freedom from such issues as anger, guilt, sadness…in fact, most things that are holding you back
Explore your current principles and beliefs and look at ways of developing a new values system Set goals based on your new beliefs and perspective on your life
Have a clear plan for the future and the endless possibilities
We will start with an initial conversation about what it is that you are looking for.
You will undertake a pre-session questionnaire so that we can get as much relevant information for the sessions
I will ask you to undertake some tasks that will help with the initial breakthrough session, and I will also meet with you to any further background information based on the pre-session questionnaire and relevant tasks.
We will agree on some key areas that you would like address, and then we will make a start at an agreed date.
