I offer a free half hour introductory session by phone or Skype.  We can talk through any current issues and think about how these can be resolved. I can explain how I practice and how NLP works. We can then arrange further meetings.

 

I offer coaching sessions in a range of ways. I will offer 4 sessions in the first instance, and can offer further sessions, should other issues arise that may need addressing. I can offer skype or telephone sessions if preferred. 

 

The first meeting will be a discovery session. We will just get to know each other and talk through some of the issues that have brought you to the session.  I may want to find out what outcome you would like to have, and we can talk through some of the techniques that can be used.  We will plan how we can move forward with your desired outcomes and can work on a vision for your desired future.

 

The next two sessions will be where the work happens. We will put into place the agreed interventions and review the plan made in the first session. If further work is needed to continue with this part of the work, we can arrange at this point.

 

The final session will involve reviewing the work and checking on whether the outcome is what you wanted to achieve.  Other issues may have come up that may need addressing, and at that time we can discuss further work.
